Just in time to savor the last bits of summertime freedom before we tuck back into non-summertime mindsets. This bright and cheery kit has been stocked with handmade items to give this kit a homey feeling. Having a home of my own has been on the brain for awhile and has definitely steered this kit in that direction. Whether or not you have your own home, you'll have a place to make and keep your dreams, your inspiration, and all of those DIY ideas that keep popping up on all of our favorite blogs. "You're Home!" I can't wait to see what she does with the goodies in this kit.

We've decided to discontinue project kits and replace them with add-ons starting in September. However, if you have a project you'd like to see featured in the future, feel free to share. Add-ons will complement each kit and provide another resource to making your kits as lovely as possible.

If you've sent me a re-subscription e-mail, I've added you back into our system. (That means those of you that subscribed in the month of May.) If you'd still like to re-subscribe, please e-mail me right away before your slot is given away in our Etsy Shop. All other subscribers will be invoiced on Friday, August 1st in the evening.

'You're Home' Sneak Peek and more GD goodies!

We're working on the last bits and pieces to add to the 'You're Home' paper kit so they can be packaged and shipped out as ordered. I got to test out Elsie's Gocco last night and I'm hooked! Also included in this kit are handmade, clay buttons, handmade tags by our August GD, Jen Geigley, and a few other surprises you'll have to wait for. If you're a fan of bright colors, KI, Hambly, and new Scenic Route FUSCHIA ALPHA STICKERS, you may need to stop in for a kit this month. Super Uber Fun Things

We have thought of some fun creative things to keep your hands busy with the beautiful July kit. When I got my kit my eyes immediately rested on those fab numbers. I had to think of something cool to do with them. My idea, 5 things I ♥ today. Can be any number, (I know we didn't all get 5's) about anything. Here is my take on it.

Oh and get those art journals out because Rachel has thought of some really wicked prompts to get those ink pens flowing.

$14.50 Sandwich your summer adventure between two pieces of cut wood. Stain them, paint them, drill them, or cover them to customize your mini. Hold it all together with a large strip of elastic (not shown) and enjoy the vintage flavor inside.

You used to have to e-mail us to request a kit?
Well, due to our computer hiding our picture files in the regular format, and us not being techies, we're going to have to revert back to e-mails this time. SO, before you panic, read the following.

If you're a subscriber, you do not have to e-mail me for your paper kit. Unless you'd like to add the project kit onto your paper kit. You will receive two separate invoices from paypal requesting payment if you get both kits. I will make sure shipping is adjusted.

If you are not a subscriber, please send me your full name, home address, paypal e-mail and SPECIFY the kit or kits you would like. I will then send you an invoice requesting the full amount of the kit/s OR I will send you an e-mail saying we had already sold out and won't be able to fill your request. BUT in 2006 my husband and I drove from Missouri all the way down to South Carolina to see my brother graduate from bootcamp.
